Tristena Huff

Registered Massage Therapist

Hello! My name is Tristena Huff! It is a pleasure to meet everyone! I wanted to start off by telling you about myself, where I went to school, my passions, my hobbies, etc. To start, you have guessed it I am a Registered Massage Therapist. I studied the art of Massage Therapy at Humber College for 3 years and graduated with a beautiful diploma in April of 2020. During my time at Humber, I was able to gain experience in multiple different populations like developmental disabilities for adults and children, pregnancy (pre- and post-natal), infants and toddlers, chronic diseases, mental health and withdrawal management, and lastly, palliative. I plan on widening my practical horizons and to be able to provide quality treatments to individuals who experience mental health and addiction. I do also plan on continuing my education during my career. In my spare time, I enjoy reading a good book, crocheting, hiking on trails with my dog, cuddling with my cats, and I also love to swim when I get the opportunity to in the summer. In the winter I enjoy snowboarding, along with continuing to go on walks and hikes with my dog. A few values that I try to live by include Adventure, Helping others, and Loyalty. These 3 hold great value in my heart. I like to live life to the fullest potential, experience culture and nature, experience the simple and little things in life. I have always enjoyed helping others whether its with an embrace, a listening ear, or helping someone who experiences physical, emotional or mental pain. Loyalty is something I provide on a daily basis by providing support to clients, family members, and personal commitments.

By the way, don’t let my size fool you, I may be small, but I am pretty mighty!
